Members morty77 Posted July 10, 2012 Members Share Posted July 10, 2012 I use a PC3 live with the Roland vk8m organ module so I can play piano and organ together but when I transpose the PC3 piano down an octave of course the organ goes down an octave is there any way with a midi setting I can still lower the piano but keep the organ at "0" transposition? most keyboards have a transpose function but not the VK8m. thanks for any help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Members AnotherScott Posted July 10, 2012 Members Share Posted July 10, 2012 I think you should be able to program an octave-shifted version of the Kurz piano into a preset, and when you call that up, you'll get the piano in the octave you want without having to use the Octave Switch function, so the attached module should not be affected.
