  • DIY dust covers for Studio Monitors

With A LOT of help from my friend, I now have dust covers for a pair of Focal monitors. I documented everything pretty much, so if you're thinking about making some for your speakers, mixers...etc....feel free to check out this video. If you just want to see the pictures, just jump to the end.

I just use some small towels for my monitors and mixer. BTW those are some bad ass monitors you have there.

I don't think towels are the best idea for mixer covers; I'd be worried about dust and lint still getting into the faders, switches and pots.

Something impermeable, like a vinyl sheet or cover, would be a better cover IMO.
