Members Zooey Posted August 2, 2017 Members Share Posted August 2, 2017 I think the headphone amps built into most consumer equipment contain about a dollar's worth of components, so I would say yes. I'm not surprised Samson can do it for $70 street in a way that does not suck. I've been using the Behringer headphone amp (8 outputs for $120) for years with no issues. It's not as good as the headphone amps in my Dangerous D-Box, but for tracking, all it really needs to do is be as loud as anyone could want.
