I was just thinking that sending a bunch of White guys from Texas would be more of an Olive Branch of friendship. Which I hope flowers. Pretty ridiculous to not have diplomatic relations with a country 90 miles from us for reasons as asinine as politics. I'm sure a lot of them wouldn't go as long as the Castro brothers are still in power, but that seems like the most natural fit to me. I also liked the ZZ Top, Los Lobos and Santana suggestions.
