Members DVaz Posted December 3, 2007 Members Share Posted December 3, 2007 Hi folks, I'm tempted by the firestudios greater number of xlr inputs (for recording 2 guitar, bass and vocals), but I dont know if the general quality of it would be better than the 1616M I already have. Crucially, Are the DACs better or worse? Are the pres better or worse? Is the control of what you can mix into monitoring phones better or worse? (I need wave (for click) and asio (obviously) and I need to be able to control level and pan in both: more control than this would be lovely) Hows the latency in sx3 with spec like this:E66004Gb of 800mhz ram Any help very much appreciated!
