Members rasputin1963
Fabulous pictures... so clear. The first few shots are from the set of 1965's HOW I WON THE WAR, no? Who is the girl in photo #4? It looks like Jane Birkin... ? Wasn't the INDRA CLUB a porno house where the boys had to sleep at night behind the movie screen and listen to the porno soundtrack all night? That photo includes Pete Best and Stu Sutcliffe, no? They still would've been called "The Silver Beatles" at that point. Pete Best is VERY tanned in that photo.... Where had he been that the other lads had not? The photo of the JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE looks very much like one of the backyards of the Victorians in the Haight-Ashbury...
Members Mudcat007
Has anyone here ever had an opportunity to see How I Won the War? I've always wanted to see it but have never foud it available for rental. Maybe I should do an Amazon search??? From what I recall, Lennon found the whole moving making process very tedious and decided to completely bag acting after he made this movie. Who are the Rattles? They look very groovy. Members Rudolf von Hagenwil
rasputin... all photos shot in Germany. I PM'd you the link to Guenter Zint most published photos, since they also contain nudity, I was once banned after posting art. In #4 the girl next to John is Ada, the girlfriend of Guenter. There is an exhibitions in the St. Pauli Museum with Guenter's photos. Here another photo by Guenter Zint which is not in his online galerie:http://www.verkehrsinfo.hamburg.de/image.do?bId=8169
