Members the stranger
God, I hope not. But, if the oil men are on the way out, I wouldn't be so sure we won't get gouged. Happy Election 2008!

Members Synonym Music
High in TX: $3.96 Low: currently $2.01 And strangely enough (), when I was working for a Valero during that high point, we ran out of gas one day. Bad parody... But no coincidence here, folks.
Members Lucky #9
Gas is now $1.99 a few blocks from me here in NJ. According to the BS of "Supply and Demand" we must now be doing only 1/2 the driving we were doing a short time ago. Isn't it interesting how the price of gas falls before an election...Uhh, can I buy your vote (sucker), please?

Or it could be that the barrel price of oil has fallen from $140 to $63 and still falling. You know, falling prices begets falling prices. It's all economics and stuff.
