Moderators Lee Knight Posted October 15, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 15, 2012 Is anyone using a 4 track, etc. iPhone app? I want to find something that will be useful for songwriting. It doesn't have to have loops and synths etc. I'm more concerned with ease of use, export capability, a simple metronome, and the ability to punch in. Who's using this stuff and knows a little? So far FourTrack by Sonoma Wireworks looks interesting... http://www.sonomawireworks.com/iphone/fourtrack/
Members Lee Flier
Yeah, Four Track was one of the first apps I got. It's easy and works great. Perfect for song sketches.

Members Huh?
I think Amplitube will do 4 tracks. You get Amplitube for free and it has a single track recorder.....if you want the 4 track version the upgrade to Amplitube LE is a charge. What's nice is it has amp and footstomp models and a slow downer, vocal remover etc. I think if you get iRig the software comes with it. I didn't know about Four Track....I'm gonna check that out.
