The D.I. unbalanced analog out jack is bad, that was from a cable being stepped on, ultimately breaking whatever is inside there. I never bothered to fix it. I've been using the XLR outs ever since with no issues. Everything else functions the way it should. It's got some road use and rack rash. There's no original box or papers.
