Two reasons: I hate playing 7 strings (even though this plays and sounds good) and I need cash. No trades. It's not really that bad, it hasn't gotten any bigger. I bought it used at GC for twice that. Maybe I should just take it back to them and street buy it at this price? It's a bargain!
