Members mrlutton Posted July 10, 2010 Members Share Posted July 10, 2010 This is a 25th Anniversary Seagull Spruce/Mahogany acoustic guitar. These were made a year or two ago, I think. This guitar has a solid spruce top with a gloss finish, and solid mahogany back and sides with gloss as well. The gloss has some cracks in the top--they are merely finish cracks and do not go into wood. If you can deal with a cosmetic flaw like that, this guitar is rock solid as a player, and this price is very fair. These were, and are, high end Seagull guitars, and a step up from what they typically produce. Solid woods, TUSQ nut and saddle, and better tuners are among the great features this guitar has.
