Members Kerry67
Yep....A 45 year old guitar that is brand new. Still in the original EKO box. Amazing shape. Couple cracks in the clear on the back of the headstock and on at the bottom of the neck plate. The guitar is beautiful and sounds really nice. Picked it up at the LA World Guitar show. ASKING $450 or will trade for Wildkat, Flamekat, Epi Les Paul Standard or Custom, Godin Kingpin or other Catalog brand guitars.....

Members pickinatit
Was the bubble wrap part of the packaging when you opened it up? If so, something ain't right : the following is from Wiki but confirmed by several other articles. "Although Bubble Wrap was branded by Sealed Air Corporation (founded by Fielding and Chavannes) in 1960, it was not until a few years later that its use in protective packaging was discovered." And then it was first used by IBM to protect their 1410 computer during shipment.

Members fatback
Concerning EKO - it might be new/old when it went bust I believe parts and jigs etc were shipped to Wembley in the UK where they are still being produced (I think) Phil
