Overall Rating: I play rock, pop, punk, and a lot of other stuff. I've been playing for 15+ years and own a good bit of gear. If this pedal were stolen (unlikely) I'd probably get another one. It's dirt cheap and gets the job done.
Sound Quality: I really like the sound of this pedal. It's great for a clean guitar tone, not so great for distortion though. I use this pedal with a Strat (JB jr. in the bridge), a Tele (4-way switch), and my Epiphone Del Rey (Invader in the bridge, H-H) and it sounds great with all of them. I've used it with various amps and my Behringer Ultra-DI when running direct to a mixer. There's a lot of range to the controls, and I change tones often, so it's nice to have options.
Reliability/Durability: My pedal is missing the battery cover, which is pretty flimsy. The knobs feel whimpy, but otherwise, it seems strong enough. I don't play out much, but I have used this pedal at church without a backup. It hasn't failed me yet.
Ease of Use: It's easy to use. The three control knobs give it a good range of tones, from sea-sick warble to slightly colored tones.
Customer Support: Don't know. I got it used and at a cheap price. If it ever fails, it'll probably be of the knobs. I've built effects pedals, so if it fails I'll put it in a new box with better controls and a good switch.

Sound Quality: I use this with various guitars and amps. My flanger isn't any noisier than other flangers I've tried. The effects sound good, but my pedal effects the level of the signal even when bypassed. If this pedal is in my effects chain, my signal is louder (not necessarily a good thing). I've used this thing on vocals and can get a good Darth Vader tone out of it. :smileywink: It's great on either clean or distorted guitar tones.
Reliability/Durability: As mentioned above, flimsy battery cover and whimpy feel to the knobs. If it breaks I'll put it in a new box with better controls and true-bypass switching.
Ease of Use: Four knobs, so it's not very complex, but there's a wide range of sounds available. It can take some time to get it tweaked just right.
Customer Support: I bought it used, so there's probably not a warranty on it.
