Reliability/Durability: I had problems right out of the box.
Depending on the pressure I used to activate the switch, sometimes the unit's screen would "flicker" in and out, rendering it useless in a live situation. It went away for half a day... then came back. I found this entirely unacceptable in a tuner of this price range.
Note to 7 string users: When it worked, I really enjoyed the look of the strobe, except when it came to my low B string. The smooth strobe was replaced with choppy, erratic nonsense when this string was plucked. It was frustrating to be so close to being completely in tune and not being sure about one of your strings!
Ease of Use: Fairly easy to use, but advanced features are not entirely intuitive.
Customer Support: I'm a forum hopper, so when I posted on their forum (I had seen them answer questions on there before) and never received a response, I didn't even bother anything else. I decided it was time to return it.
