Overall Rating: Love this case and love my board. I have a bad back and it really helps to be able to carry my gear around without being in pain. I was looking at having to take one or two effects off of my board before I discovered LyT, just to cut down on the weight. Now my board weighs less than it used to when I was using a big name board with the exact same number of pedals, plus I'm supporting a small business which i always like to do. The LyTcase is a quality product, but more importantly it's a smart product, just like the boards. I wish there were more companies designing things with the gigging musician in mind like this- it's the perfect combo of durability, weight and cost.
Sound Quality: The case is really well made and nice and light, which helps a lot with my bad back. I've gigged with it and it's bounced around the back of a car with no signs of trouble and my pedals are always just how I left them when I open it up. The included foam is a great touch also- keeps things from moving around.
Reliability/Durability: It's better than my old pedalboard case I used to have from the big boys, and cheaper to boot. I trust it completely with my pedals, and I have some hard to replace vintage stuff on my board.
Ease of Use: Super easy to set up, easy to carry and the lid pops off in a few seconds, then you're ready to go.
Customer Support: I haven't had to deal with them more than just placing the order, which I consider a good sign- they got it right the first time! In all seriousness, what little dealings I have had resulted of prompt shipping and I'm sure they're a breeze to deal with otherwise.
