Overall Rating: I give it an overall rating of a 10. This amp is more than satisfying for the sounds it claims to make. I have never heard quality like this before from an amp in this price range. I really do love this amp and I find myself going back again and again to it. Usually I find flaws in amps over time and I can say that so far I can't find anything that really sticks out that is "bad" about it.

Sound Quality: Im using a rg with a super distortion (b) and a paf pro(n). I play a lot of guitar oriented rock (The ****ing Champs) and some metal. This amp can get a pretty good thrash tone but its not really meant for extremely hi gain metal. It sounds like a pretty tight amp but its got a bit of musical fuzz to it. Compared to my crystal clear engl 530 it definitely sounds more dirty, but I like that. Of course it sounds like a Marshall and the ISF knob is great to play with. I can get some great thump from it and some really biting solos (paul gilbert esque). I love doing some palm muting on this thing, you can really hear its character.
The cleans are average I would say, not bad but not great either. They sound neutral to me. I do like slightly over driving this amp, I'd give it a B for blues/light rock tones.
For 300 bucks I'm not quite sure how you could get a better sound for these styles. I don't question its quality, but then again I haven't tried many Marshalls. I am impressed though. It gets plenty loud and in a band it should be able to cut through (at least it has for me). For a show I would recommend to mic it.
Reliability/Durability: Just got it so I can't comment.
Customer Support: Haven't needed to speak with them.
