His credibility was shot to hell many thousands of posts ago in his original ten thousand post thread. The only thing that kept it going was a handful of compulstive people who continued to engage with him. This most recent evidence of him being a complete fraud is just icing on the cake. You can do your best to take out the trash, but I think it's going to take everyone completely ignoring him. Let him talk to himself for a few weeks. It might have helped early on if some real christians here ran him out on a rail for giving them a bad name, but that didn't happen.  Good luck. I'm out.

I never payed any attention to this guy. I might have come into the old thread a couple times to stir up some trouble with the atheists, but I never bothered reading SBM's posts. It's just rote "Jesus will set you free" platitudes that my dog could probably write while painting his doghouse.

This would not necessarilly be the case. There can be a theistic explation as well.  For example,  as a Satanist, user StompboxMan may seek to discredit a Christian viewpoint by engaging in a false flag style operation.
In this case, said user would be theistic rather than atheistic and engage in a "puppet show" intended to discredit and/or act as pardoic commentary on Christianity.
