hmm, now where else have we heard "I can use my BLANK as I want" before, hmm
Perm didnt call me on anything,
he called you on that it wasn't really a "track bike", and it was an introductory thing with STREET motorbikes
thats a picture of one of my street bikes on the track without any of those modifications
hmmm, one of your STREET bikes, that's what it's designed for
...that bike eventually only got used on trackdays, it was my track bike
hmm...eventually. Oh so, you 'eventually' only used in on the track. SO if someone 'eventually' only uses something some way then it's their "Thing-ing BLANK".
hmm, now where else have we heard that, hmmm

Gentlemans agreement was amongst the japanese motorcycle manufacturers to limit the top speed of their litre class machines, nothing to do with responsible owners
Oh, so as long as a motorbike isn't in that class it's OK to make it go 150 mph on the street.
hmm, "Motorbikes are limited by a gentlemans agreement,"
oh and if it is a 1000cc class it's OK if it goes 150+ mph on the street because it's limited to...
bb Now tell us again how the "UK" court, which doesnt exist, supersedes the European court, which does exist lol
the UK court or the "UK courts" as in the courts of the or the courts of France. Oh, that's right you don't really do facts
The euro court is appellate is it not...so it would have to hear the cases before it would overturn the local jurisdiction. Which is why just looking at the blanket European Court isn't going to give you the whole story.
hmmm, now tell us again how the USA uses Imperial measurements.
and didn't you once say other countries don't have constitutions? maybe you could tell us about that too

like how someone is telling me as long as someone "eventually" or "predominantly" uses something in one way, then it's Ok that it's designed (and even marketed!) for a different use,
now where have we heard that type of thing before, hmmm
