Perm didnt call me on anything, thats a picture of one of my street bikes on the track without any of those modifications...that bike eventually only got used on trackdays, it was my track bike

Hmmm Gentlemans agreement was amongst the japanese motorcycle manufacturers to limit the top speed of their litre class machines, nothing to do with responsible owners hmmm

Now tell us again how the "UK" court, which doesnt exist, supersedes the European court, which does exist lol

As for track bikes...suzuki, yamaha etc dont produce track bikes for public sale...they produce road bikes that some modify into track only...you dont go to a dealer and buy a track bike..you can use your street bike as track only, you can remove its lights etc, or as ive shown in my pic, you dont have too if its not for racing

the UK court or the "UK courts" as in the courts of the or the courts of France.  Oh, that's right you don't really do facts

The euro court is appellate is it not...so it would have to hear the cases before it would overturn the local jurisdiction.  Which is why just looking at the blanket European Court isn't going to give you the whole story.

hmmm, now tell us again how the USA uses Imperial measurements.
