Mexico has pretty well disarmed the average citizen. The people are being slaughtered by criminals there, because they dont follow the laws and there a huge amount of corruption in goverment, military and police forces.
Not to mention that there's only one place to legally buy firearms in the entire country, and the permits are controlled by the Mexican Army.

So, you are OK woth them doing it, but not them receiving it, right?
I sure didn't see YOU standing up. I guess Neddy and Davo have you cowed. No surprise. Typical RWNT phony morality, that only applies to liberals but not reactionaries.

I dont see texas democrats buying into obama gun control. For sure they will take the food stamps, welfare, and medicade,,but they are smart enough to not sell out their second amendment rights like typical blue state dems will. They are smarter than that ,, they can get all that stuff and keep the AR and the 30 round mags. The big mistake the democrat party makes when it comes to texas and hispanics is that they are not stupid like blue state minorities who will sell out because they are lazy with a dependant mentality. These guys work their **bleep** off and value freedom and opportunity . its about respect not only for others but themselves too. I have lived up north ,, and I have lived down here. People actually get along down here even if they have different politics and skin color. A family might need some help , and thats finr , but they still have the family unit together and every one works to support that family. The kids , the parents and the grandparents. Its how it should work down here ,, not the typical big blue state/ city mentality that you libs all think you have figured out.

Since you haven't been named a moderator to assist or replace Anderton, it's not your place to tell me when I can or cannot post in a thread. If you think it is, then go ahead and try to enforce it. Until then you can stick your doch# jokes up your @$$. Maybe it will clear your brain. But I doubt it.

Seceding from your country is like wanting your cake and eating it too. (And then going back for seconds, apparently.) You don't want to move to a different place. You want the different place to move to you.

LOL! Hackneyed stereotypes? Is that the best you can do is regurgitate tired old stereotypes and liberal talking points? You don't even know your facts. You sound like a secular racist who hates white people and Christianity. In fact, there is nothing that indicates intelligent or independent thought in what you posted. Texas has the 14th largest economy in the world, a balanced budget, and extensive natural resources. Texas isn't perfect, but at least we value the Constitution and believe in a democracy where the people have the power and the arms to defend it.
Your indoctrinated opinions are so crusty and old that it makes me sick thinking of the fact that there are millions of ignorant followers like you in this country.

Texas will be a blue state in a few presidential cycles.
Enjoy!
"Senators say they fear the N.R.A. and the gun lobby. But I think that fear must be nothing compared to the fear the first graders in Sandy Hook Elementary School felt as their lives ended in a hail of bullets. The fear that those children who survived the massacre must feel every time they remember their teachers stacking them into closets and bathrooms, whispering that they loved them, so that love would be the last thing the students heard if the gunman found them."- Gabrielle Giffords
