Reminds me of the case I was a juror on...one day during the trial a lady's cellphone went off...she was in the audience. The Judge very nicely told her to turn it off. About ten minutes later it went off again...she was promptly arrested and led out of the courtroom.

I'd totally do the one in the middle, Is she legal?

She appeared in court today, apologized to the court, admitted she was addicted to Xanax (and had taken two the day she told the judge "fuck you"), agreed to go to drug rehab and was very contrite.  Because she was a first time offender with no prior criminal record and appeared sincere, the judge vacated her contempt citation, vacated the remaining jail time, gave her a very nice speech (the judge actually appears to be quite a guy, a very good judge it would appear to me), and sent her case to drug court.  She was represented by an attorney at the hearing.

A case of the criminal justice system gone right.
