The worst example of lack of respect for a war hero came from the right, to John Kerry. They viciously attacked him nd questioned his patriotism and honor. If you aren't a righty they won't show you respect regardless of what you have done for your country. For them to now act holier-than-thou on this subject is shameful.

I haven't seen the left treat a combat veteran that bad in my life.
