Good afternoon,

DJ and KJ here, using a really old version of PCDJ VJ as it works for both media and needs.

What is the best DJ controller\software for a NOOB with DJ controller and why? Best bang for the buck? PC is my platform. Again stress NOOB.

Current mixer is mackie pro fx 8 for KJ shows and Allen and Heath zed 10 FX for DJ shows.

I would prefer virtual dj software for mixing songs.

As Faheem said, you will have more controls with a virtual dj mixer.
