I'm not Brian, but I've played him on TV, LOL!

He (and I) have Reverbnation. If you set up a page there, you can link your music, videos, shows, status, etc to your facebook fan page.

Reverbnation changed it's control panel recently, and I linked my facebook page long ago so I'm not sure where to point you to now. I think if you scroll down on your control panel there is a link under promotion for social sync. That may be where you set it up. It is free, but now they also have options to promote for a fee, so choose wisely.
