Wow, that was good of you! I liked your mix though, too bad! I am incredibly busy with finals and stuff but either tonight or tomorrow I'll give each song a good listen (won't vote till then) and then you guys can expect pages of review/critique! Haha. I can't wait to see how this goes and look forward to everyone's opinions on the mixes!
Since there were 11 submissions I have decided to exclude my mix since it's my band and I originated the thread.

John A's: Vocals too low

I noticed that many mixed the vocals louder but i think it takes away some of the power of this type of music. Also, I did no bus compression so you'll have to crank it up a bit!

I prefer a more present kick sound but otherwise I wouldn't change your mix either.

Mtraugott: Verse Delay/Vox Fx a bit much, good overall balance, Cymbals a bit high, gtrs a bit high as well. Just a couple tweaks here and there

About vocals on the verse, I duplicated the back up Vocals, panned one left one right and reversed the phase on one, then added some reverb, I think that might be what you are hearing on the verse, I definitely could have mixed those in better.

Feedback (some copied from before)
Hairyscary Mark: Love the snare! The guitar that enters on the right sounds like it didn't come in on a zero crossing and it pops if ya get me (very beginning). Don't know if the kick was replaced but it sounds great. I like the balance of everything overall.

I kind of comb filtered the two tracks, I took out frequencies on one track but left them on the other, and vice versa, I had five bands per track that way, so It will have a little phasing in mono but it shouldn't be too noticeable, especially if it was mixed appropriately.
Yeah that's it man. Felt it was just a little too much going on, kinda through the flow off a bit. I like that Idea of fliping the phase...however, wouldn't that cancel out in mono?

"Phasey" is a perfect way of putting it, because I used a phaser on the backup vocal during the verses. I was just kind of having fun with it, and if I were to take it more seriously I would have scaled back the vocal effects a bit. Here's my feedback: Mtraugott: sounds like there's some room verb on the Madison guitars at the beginning that I didn't like, and I thought the vocals were a bit too loud. Is there also some verb on the verse vocals I don't think I like that either. Otherwise, instrument sound and balance are good. John A: there's a...maybe upper low-end or low-mid frequency range?...in the bass that could be tamed. Also, much of the reason I went so far with vocal processing is that I felt the vocals were sort of lackluster, and you seemed to be pretty conservative with vocal processing, so the vocals in your mix seem rather lifeless in an otherwise very good mix. Fletcher: guitars are fluffy sounding, kick is too loud, and it sounds like there's a lot of mix compression that is pumping. It sounds kind of distorted too. Bush M4: I'd say the panning of the verse vocals doesn't work that well since the backup is only intermittent, and they are a bit too loud. I think the snare is too loud also. The vocals on the last chorus are louder than the other choruses. Nerol1st: like mine, I think your guitars lack low end. I'd say the kick is too loud, and the vocals a little too loud. Dan Bronson: I like the way the music cuts on the vocal "OOH!" at the beginning. I think the vocals are a bit loud throughout, but otherwise a good mix. ROTINPAIN: I don't think I have any criticisms, I liked the mix a lot. One small thing might be that the chorus vocals, with 4 tracks, scream to be panned but seem fairly centered in your mix. Weasel9992: wow, super-compressed! I think that's the biggest problem. It's kind of harsh sounding in the upper end. dontletmedrown: sort of sounds like it was funneled through a pipe, and everything other than the guitars sounds panned center. Bladesman: indeed, it sounds like the files were played at 44.1 without resampling. The vocals are too loud, and the guitars too telephoney. HairyScaryMark: the vocals sound high-passed at too high a frequency, especially the verses. I think kick is a little loud but is perhaps the best-sounding kick out of these mixes. The last screaming vocal line gets cut off.
Veracohr: I like everything you did to the instruments. I don't like the vocal processing on the verses (it seems kind of phasey for lack of a better way of putting it). I really like the "find me" section effect you used though. Really there is nothing wrong with your mix I just don't see eye to eye on the verse vocal processing.
