It's possible, after all they don't really know how many people he kidnapped. However, there is probably enough left to test.

OTOH, I'm sure the body cremated without any testing was not Kenneth Lay.

They are testing it and the cops wont say yet  if its him....might not be over...maybe it is....wacky world. BTW...they say theres audio of the police egg'in on about the fire. That should go over well on TV.:catwink:
