Vitamins etc?

I take and rub on coconut oil as I tend to get very dry skin in winter & when I remember to I take cod liver oil.

We have or had vitamins here at the house, a multi vitamin thing. I forgot to take it.

Right now I'm on a health food thing, which i just did a post about.

I was gonna start taking and baby aspin a day now that I'm older, but i just recently heard on the news it can cause problems with vision loss.

Maybe i can get one of those seein eye doggies. I like dogs.

Yes, I take fish oil, multi-vitamin, and bunch of other herbs and concentrated natural superfoods. Don't know how much it's helping, but I'm still here.

Not really freaking ..theres plenty of crap to eat...but what I never realized was Hostess also was Drakes and Dolly Madison....that was quite a hit that industry took when you think about it.
