Featuring oversized steel tubing (28mm) and weighted tripod stands, the upper-shaft has tapered threads making it interchangeable with other stand components. Mix and match 'em all! Tour Series also feature Ultimate Support's patented Quarter Turn Clutch, a fast, secure and reliable clutch that locks up faster and smoother than any other on the market. Plus, our Quick Attach Base feature has heavy-duty threads guaranteed not to strip. The Pro Series is Ultimate Support's workingman's pro-quality line. Featuring oversized steel tubing (25mm), heavy wall cast bases, plus Ultimate's patented Quarter Turn Overmolded Clutch, offering a fast, secure and reliable clutch that locks up faster and smoother than any clutch on the marketnow with dual overmolding for a secure grip. Pro stands also feature our Heavy Duty Tripod Base with stronger legs, secure lock, and oversized foot caps that won't fall off. Most models are available in Ultimate's patented stackable base.
