Martin Ritter's firm has purchased the Hoyer guitar brand name and trademarks. Creative Bags and Cases announced at the Musikmesse Frankfurt 2009 that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Hoyer Guitars, Germany, for the purchase of the Hoyer brand name.
