Furman Introduces a Colorful New Line of Power Conditioners

At the recent NAMM show, Furman introduced a colorful new series of power conditioners/light modules based on their very popular PL-PLUS. The PLP-Series power conditioners (15A, 120V) feature translucent plastic front panels and a new streamlined shape, and are available in four high-tech colors: Blue, Red, Violet and Green. Electrically identical to the PL-PLUS, the PLP-BLU, PLP-RED, PLP-VIO and PLP-GRN are rack mountable and include a voltage meter, enhanced surge, RFI and EMI filtering, two slide-out, swiveling light fixtures for rack illumination, and a horiztontal bargraph display with adjustable brightness.

"We brought two models of the PLP to the show just to see what kind of reaction we'd get," said Lesa Gross, Sales Coordinator for Furman. "If we had brought a few hundred more we could have sold them all."Furman expects to begin shipping the PLP-Series this April. List price for PLP-BLU, PLP-RED, PLP-VIO and PLP-GRN is $259.00. All PLP-Series models are also available in 10A, 230V "E" versions; list price for PLP-BLUE, PLP-REDE, PLP-VIOE and PLP-GRNE is $283.00.
