This link was posted for a thread I started about my Airport being too slow.

Anyway I noticed that on this page they also have an upgade for my processor.Anyone try this?Is it safe?
Will my Tibook catch on fire?
Will this work ok with Logic7?

Yeah it will work with Logic. No it will not catch on fire. But I do not se the point in spending $500 to upgrade your machine. That money would be much better put toward a new Mac. Save some more, get a new one.

p.s. REad my response to your other post about the airport card. Your are going to waste your money there too.

Im thinking either doing the upgrade or getting a $500 duel powermac and linking it too the oldman Tibook.I realy dont have the $ at the moment too drop on a whole new comp. Especaily if upgrades are comming out,logic8 would be nice.
When the new Intel chips are out I should be in a better financial situation.
