Are any of you guys familiar with the Yamaha "Touring" amplifiers, such as the T5n,T4n, or T3n? Any thoughts on those?
I've been offered a pair of the T5n's for $1500./ea., and I believe they may be in road-cases.

I haven't come across any. What do you have that can use this kind of power? Do you NEED them or ?
Andy, these are amplifiers that my dealer, and his Nexo rep, say they can supply to power the Nexo PS-10 tops, and a Nexo LS-600 Subwoofer. These amps of course, would be used in conjunction with the appropriate Nexo processor, the PS-10TD R2

I've seen them in a few installs and they worked fine. From what I can tell, they're solid and reliable amps.
Not too heavy??? I'd probably be looking at the T4n, which is very close to the PS-10 RMS rating (1000w/ 8 Ohms. I don't know if they have those however,,,,, they specifically stated the T5n, which is 1350w/ 8 Ohms.
Apparently, these Yamaha amps would not void the warranty on the Nexo's,,, where other brands might.
