When is that $@&#%'n Yorkville LS800P gonna be ready?!?

It seems like this LS800P has been "only months away" for years now.

Any news on when this thing is going to be shipped?

How do you think it will compare to the Mackie 1801 active subs? I know the Yorkies are going to be cheaper, but other than that?

And what is the "final" power specs on these boxes?

Some places I've seen them rated at 1500w, others have stated 1000w. ?? Is that peak? RMS? Program?

Yorkville has shipped a limited number of these subs.
You will see another production run limited number of subs on the market within 2 weeks. I was told Yorkville plans to get MOST (but not all) of the backorders filled. I have 4 on order. I am buying 2 for my band and 2 to sell. Hope I receive from this next limited production batch.

Did you check www.cobrasound.com ?????

Jeffery Knorr did a semi review on the powered vs
the non powered version on the Live Audio Board.

There's a good chance he may be able to get you
a couple.
