I am torn between these 2:
Both are RGBW.
Which one should I buy for my DUO act?

Why AMBER? Isnt WHITE good?
White is not flattering on skin tones.

Both white & amber are good. Amber is more important though, especially for frontlight.
I'd avoid alibaba and other direct-from-the-PRC sites, stick to US-based distributors such as Chauvet, ADJ, and Blizzard. Also avoid the direct-from-china or un-branded direct import LED fixtures on ebay that you've been linking to. You don't want to have to ship a light back to China if you're having an issue with it. If you have an issue with a Blizzard fixture, you can actually get in touch with the owner of Blizzard and figure out what to do.
The way to go these days for frontlighting is the Blizzard Puck series (Q12A or Fab 5), as everyone has been recommending. If a pair of those isn't enough for you, get a third of the same kind.

In that case see if you can get some Longman Light fixtures - I've used some before and they were built well and had excellent LED performance. Check out this fixture, which has RGBAW LEDs. Looks similar to Blizzard's new HotBox, but it's got 5-chip instead of 4-chip LED modules. You can order with different lensing options based on what your needs are (15, 25, or 45 degrees), I'd suggest (2) fixtures per side with the 25 degree lenses. This would give you a nice 50 degree spread from each side, producing a nice, wide stage wash.
