what's the conclusion/comparison with other synths?

I can't access the article... but if you're looking for a rack module, the only currently available model for comparison would me a Motif Rack XS. The Integra is certainly far more capable. The Integra basically has 3 type of sounds in it:
1. rompler-style PCM sampled sounds, in its SRX and enhanced GM2 sound sets
2. sounds that include acoustic instrument behavior modeling, the "SuperNATURAL acoustic" sounds, which is their newest technology, and is also the heart of the Jupiter 80
3. virtual analog synth (SuperNATURAL synth)
The Yamaha only really has the first category covered. That said, some of its sounds there are especially nice.

If SOS charges for the article, don't you think it's illegal to put it in a forum? Just saying.

I'm sorry, but I removed your link for violating HC's terms of service, specifically:

I realize that folks can go find that thread on their own, but a direct link just isn't cricket.
Thanks for understanding.

EP has done the right thing ;-)
It's funny though, their reviewers occasionally admit to reading forums such as this and it has very clearly shaped the content of their excellent reviews to the benefit of their readership... Many of whom would rather pick up a SOS at the local smiths or by subs/post and thumb through a good read while the kids play on the internets ![]()
There are far too many comments that I suspect are lifted from internet forums, than the best reviewer in the world could discover by themselfs in the tight deadline period...
It's OK SOS I am not going to sue you... ![]()

No. Because I didn't buy the article/use a personal subscription to copy/paste the entire article here for everyone to read for free.
I didn't even copy/paste what SOS put on their website for everyone to read for free.

I don't think EP was referring to you. It was a subsequent link posted in the thread pointing at another forum where someone had uploaded a full PDF...
Chill... it's all OK...

if roland do 2 things...i'm up for a integra 7 today..i'll clear a space!
1.FULL mac/pc editor for the integra7 stand alone and AU/VST for logic pro etc.
2. Legacy sounds being available
or 3.....
make a keyboard version on the integra 7!!!
roland can drop the individual outs on the key version if they put the money into knobs and sliders similar to the Gaia.
maybe music messe in frankfurt in April 2013?

If the same team that developed the fantom g, the jupiter and the integra is working on the successor, then I think that Korg and Yamaha can peacefully sleap.

I'd be willing to bet Roland's done with workstations. ![]()

Why? The workstation features of the Fantom-G still spank anything by Korg, Yamaha, or the others. If the Jupiter-80 and Integra 7 sounds end up in a new Roland workstation, it'd be far ahead of the Motif for sure, and subjectively on par with Kronos.
But people aren't really buying $3000 workstations now days...
