Portal 2 Synths

I was wondering if anybody can help me recreate the synths used in many tracks from Portal 2's soundtrack in Massive.

The synth I am trying to make is in loads of tracks, mainly these two.

I know it sounds like a simple saw wave, but I can't seem to get the right modulation for that "whuuer wheeer" effect used in the second video.
