Like I said. There was no leak or rumors before the show, i.e. they have no real exciting new products.

Yamaha has been a yawn-fest for a while now. I am disappoint, but not surprise.
I imagine the next "major" Yammy synth annoucement will be another incremental update to the Motif, like "now with 5% larger LCD screen!"

New from Korg: KP3+, Kaossilator Pro+
http://www.korg.com/KaossilatorPro+
The videos look very... umm... DJ. As for the units themselves, I guess we get new effects for the KP3+, new synths and PCM for the KOPro+, and USB MIDI support for both.

I think its cool. If it has a good interface (when I see the instructions on the the internal synth) I may give one a shot...

Interesting that the main man behind it is a guitar dude and he likes it for playing a guitar into it as an effect box... In other words the smaller the better....

I'm no fan of mini keys either but these are new mini keys. Not like the ones on their other mini and micro products. Hopefully a store out here will get some in a timely manner to test out in the store.
It took 6 months after shipping for Seattle to get a Mini Brute and I have yet to see a DSI Tempest.
