Diversity training is actually about learning and respecting all points of view- but that necessarily means denouncing points-of-view that are themselves disrespectful of groups of people-

I hate external supply boxes as much as anyone else. They're a nuisance and get tangled up, and aren't easily replaced if lost. However, manufacturers can buy them ready-made, already certified to pass various safety and emission standards, can be quickly swapped for international voltage ratings, and all for much less than designing a built-in supply.
Which would you rather have: A lower-priced instrument with an external power supply, or a higher-priced instrument with a built-in supply? I'll bet most everyone would vote for the lower cost.

I have no problem with any targeted marketing that you think will work for your company. I have a problem with unprofessional slamming of your competitors like AKAI and people like Dave Smith, when they've earned the respect they get, and your company hasn't. It only makes your company look like complete fools when your top managment does that. I also have a problem with rabid marketing of products by new companies that haven't shipped anything yet. My reaction to your company would be completely different if you had a shipping product that you were marketing. I'll also point out that nobody has yet apologized for those idiotic rants by an officer of your company. If your company expects respect, all of your company reps should act respectable, particularly anyone at the upper management level.
