You obviously don't have a clue about politics. The majority never sets the agenda and pushes for laws to be passed. Minorites (not necessarily racial) always set policy in US politics.
And by the way "Spiderman!" seems a little cheesy for a username doesn't it? The mean the "!" seems just a tad stupid don't you think?
