Let's talk about Lance Armstrong

Turns out Lance Armstrong is something of a **bleep**. We are completely unsurprised.

Re: Let's talk about Lance Armstrong

America's greatest athlete was a cheater.

What a **bleep**.

It shows how far our heroes have sunk.

Will we learn that Tebow is really an atheist?

That Snooki and Jionni aren't really in love?

That Garcia never intended to leave his brokendown palace?

*weeps*

The cheating part doesn't even bother me as much as the growing likelihood that he was a prime icehole.

Plus, this business about coming clean with Oprah. The final insult.

Re: Let's talk about Lance Armstrong

There are those who will view him as simply another rulebreaker, kind of like illegal aliens. While some may look at him as being a groundbreaker in libertarian ideals. It's his body. Why can't he or anyone else have access to anything from vitamins to 5 hour energy shots?

Re: Let's talk about Lance Armstrong

Doping ain't so bad. Denying it when it comes to light isn't so bad. But the outrage and indignation he displayed for so long makes him a jerk. He should take his ball and go home.

Isn't there something of a difference between believing you can do what you want with your body versus voluntarily entering a competition with rules against using certain drugs and then using them anyhow?

Re: Let's talk about Lance Armstrong

I guess he wasn't strong enough to be my man, but then again if it made him happy it can't be that bad.

I agree though, the doping doesn't bother me as much as the way he denied it and attacked others.  I don't know him, but I can easily judge him over the Internet. :smileysurprised:  Seems like a scumbag.

He definitely broke the rules. The same way illegal aliens break laws.

Word. Chreryl Crow is roughly three and a half times hotter than Anniston.
