1) The sheer inanity of Brendan Rogers dealings with the players. Everything seems to need to be the most important thing ever. To get the players to do ANYTHING he seems to need to give a rousing Churchilian speech
2) The childisness of the players. The part where they were getting a yoga lessons was incredible. There has been a plenty of examples in recent years of players extending their careers with yoga (Ryan Giggs being the prime example). Yet all the player's seemed to think it was all a joke, and they where incredibly disrespectful to the teacher. It was like watching a group of 11 year old boys. It explains why Rogers needs to treat them like sheep.
Christ, we pay these people
BTW this isn't a pop at Liverpool. I'm sure every club is the same. And I know I shouldn't be surprised, but Christ

Brendan clearly has a lot to work on, mentality being the key issue. And that's something we've struggled with for over 20 years now, and was worsened even more by Hodgson, Dalglish's second stint and the 2 cowboys that nearly run the club bankrupt.
It really says something that the worst players recently have been the senior players who should have stood out as leaders (Gerrard, Reina, Carra and so on).
Something's obviously rotten somewhere when the best players so far this season have been a Welsh newcomer and a 17 year old winger.
There's a good bit in one of the next episodes where Brendan tears Sterling a new one for his attitude (basically being told to lose the attitude or take the first flight back home to the reserves) during the US preseason tour. It obviously worked.
That said, I really don't think it's much better in most of the other PL clubs (Rooney being the prime example).
Still, as a football fan, and Liverpool fan especially, quite interesting to watch.
