I can't say Everton didn't deserve that win, because they did. Disappointing start to the season for Utd Looking at the positives, Kawaga looks a great signing and De Gea looks pretty rock solid

20+ goals this season and 4 to 1 on Torres as top PL goalscorer.

Personally I wouldn't bet money on that.

Still wouldn't.

He should score a lot more than in the last couple of years, but don't see him being the top scorer. At least 3 or 4 players ahead of him I think.

Re: 2012-2013 Premier League Predictions Thread

Rooney? Will lose goals to Van Persie.
Tevez? Has to stay on the field.
Suarez? Carroll has to stay on the bench.
Adebayor? Spurs have problems and will lose goals to Van der Vaart.

Chelsea is going to score goals and Torres will play most of the games as a lone striker. Ivanovic can't score them all.

Unless Torres suddenly finds his old self from 08-09 I believe Rooney, Van Persie, Tevez, Adebayor and Cisse will most likely end up ahead of him.
Maybe even guys like Jelavic, Bent and Fletcher (reportedly sold to Sunderland).
Suarez seems to have lost his finishing touch recently, although he creates a shitload of chances. Hasn't even scored a single goal for us all summer.

The insane bit, if Hazard keeps that dribbling up, Lampard could be in the top 5 just scoring on penalties.

Re: 2012-2013 Premier League Predictions Thread

Wow, I just went to set my dvr for the fall and I found out that Al-Jazeera Sports now owns the American broadcast right for La Liga and Serie A. Looks like EPL, Bundesliga and UEFA is all I will be watching this year.
