Re: You Might As Well Get Rid Of The Ability To Tag Altogether

It's back.  Hooray. Merci.

I also tagged some posts in the effects forum that have since been removed and not permitted now.

These tags include Big Muff Pi, Super Hard On, Swollen Pickle, Butt Probe, Assblaster, and Scrotum Smasher.  Even though they have funny names these are all actual effects pedals and should be permitted.  Thank you.

Re: You Might As Well Get Rid Of The Ability To Tag Altogether

I don't know about the tags Lou, but I just posted a rather embarrassing list of swear words over on HCEF to see if they ran up against the smut filter, and none of them did. IOW, I believe they've either turned the smut filter off, or drastically reduced the number of terms on it. Hopefully we'll be able to get it shut off for the tags too, since as you've correctly noted, a lot of gear is named rather provocatively.

However, as far as I'm concerned, the "no swearing in thread titles" rule still applies. (:cop:smileyhappy:

And yes, we need better emoticons - I'm looking into that.
