Fix the Link color

Who is the genius that decided to not follow the standard blue and underlined text for link?  Fix this.

I'm not fussed which of those two (underlined or coloured) come back but it needs to be one of them. Links which look exactly the same as unlinked text are extremely hard to find and a serious UI fail.  There's some text on the front page about the NAMM blog and I thought there was no link at first. I resorted to Chrome's 'Inspect Element' to find it.

What percentage of average users would have been able to do that ? Less than 1% I think.

We've fixed it; just waiting on a launch to get this live.

Re: Fix the Link color

The status update suggests this is fixed. It may be for message posts, but on the home page you still can't see the hyperlinked text about the NAMM 2013 blog.

I'd still change the default behaviour to open links in their own new tab.

Sure. But does closing your own tab when directing traffic away seem like a smart default action for a site that's trying to make money from ad views?. Don't answer that.

Yes, the initial fix only happened on forum posts. The articles/blogs will come in a bit (I'm hoping for them to be fixed by tomorrow, but it may not make it into that deploy).
