Re: "First World Problems" for guitarists

Why buy this guitar when I can get a cheaper one and work on it for ages to add aftermarket parts and get the same result for twice the price in the end ?

Re: "First World Problems" for guitarists

I don't have time to change the stock strings on my strat to a higher gauge. I've had it for two years.

I always seem to need one more cable.

Re: "First World Problems" for guitarists

When I first tried to register with HCEG and TDPRI, I was living in what would be described by many as a 'third world' country. I was denied admittance. I can therefore only conclude that the whole of HCEG is reflective of 'first world' problems.

However, to answer more directly:

The whole concept of vintage guitars.

Re: "First World Problems" for guitarists

I can't afford a good guitar so I bought 25 $200 guitars.

I'm jealous of anybody who buys 1 good guitar(instead of 25 $200 guitars) so I call them cork sniffers

Lost my all my guitar picks.

Guess I'll have to use my fingers.

I didn't pick up a guitar because I wanted to be a performer. I like to play.

Re: "First World Problems" for guitarists

My $6,000 a month Manhattan apartment is too small for me to play without waking up the kids and I have a hard time choosing between playing through my MacBook, iPhone, iPad, PS3, or the headphone out on my practice amp.
