You'll have to go into your settings and upload a new avatar.

I'm wondering if we can get some new smileys. Wein's place has a great smiley selection. I'd like to see something like that here.

Or, you can paste a url from a web pic.

What's the difference?

DR Strings > '97 Mexi Strat: USACG neck & Super Vee Blade Runner > Duncan TB-11 Custom Custom, Fender Original '57/'62 > Barber Direct Drive > Soldano Astroverb > WGS RETRO 30 (replaced Vintage 30) in Avatar 2x12. DD-5 Delay, Chorus. Fender Blues Junior III (BillMAudio mods in the mail)

I had to sign up under an assumed name just to pile on this trainwreck which is pretty much the same abortion as HC 2.0

Actually, it's not the same. Unlike 2.0 this actually works. It's a bit awkward. But it works. I think another forum that I'm on uses an older version of this software.

Re: Years of hard work wasted - I am a newbie again

Still looks and smells like Jive software to me. Nice use of wasted space on both left and right sides, and looks like they never fixed that issue from HC 2.0 that we complained about last time. You;d think 2 years later this would be a work of art, not a nasty **bleep**.

Re: Years of hard work wasted - I am a newbie again

I just wish they had given us a heads up about having to reset. I'm sure most of us have more than one email address and it took me a bit of work to remember which one I signed up on for HC.

Something about look may remind you of Jive but it works NOTHING like Jive, thankfully.

There's an extension in one of the threads that will fix the screen to fill up 100%.  If that's too complicated, your browser has a zoom function.  Hold [CTRL] & press {+] to zoom in.  Hold [CTRL] & press [-] to zoom out.  Even Linux browsers have that zoom function.

Sorry, but that is a half ashed fix, as it only zooms in, making everything larger, which then makes it take longer to scroll down long posts.  There will hopefully be a fix to widen the post content frame or will this be the best it will ever be?  Where is the thread with the extension to fix the width?

I'm willing to get used to the differences: The old site had become unbearable. I don't yet understand, however, what to click on so as to get to the most recent post in a thread. Guidance needed.
