Probably just do a blues in G improv first, but for an actual song probably Autumn Leaves or maybe Donna Lee since I learned that recenly.

Probably "Highway to Hell" because that is most obviously the best first song for every guitar.

Obviouisly Slayer's "Seasons in the Abyss" or Metallica's "Master of Puppets"......:-) Just kidding...those songs blow on any guitar.

Probably my jazz version of Steely Dan's "Deacon Blues" that this guy taught me:
