I helped a friend of mine put together an order for a Tom Anderson hollow drop-top a while back and I just found a photo that I took with my phone. Really great maple top on alder, solid rosewood neck with the new TA neck joint. Plays like butter and sounds great.

Love the rosewood neck - beautiful. I've always though the TA neck joint was really cool. Never had a chance to play one myself but everything points to them being spectacular guitars.

Gorgeous! The neck is hot. I'd love to get my hands on a Tom Anderson some time. I hear nothing but great things.

The 2 bolt system uses an innovative wedge-shaped coupling of the body and neck. There NO play. You could tune it up without the bolts and probably be OK. You can really pull on the neck when you're playing and it will never shift. Mine has the old 4-bolt system, which has less upper fret access, like a Strat.
