Hi there, 

I've got a fender stratocaster, placid blue with a kahler spyder.

Serial is E819928

There is a black plastic plate under the neck plate. Can some one confirm it is a MIJ one with those few elements ?

I can't from that.  Seems like E series were MIJ.  My guess (and I say that word strongly) that Kahler wasn't stock.  Take the neck off and look for markings in the pocket and on the neck.  MIJ fenders usually have some pretty consistent codes in those places.

If the kahler spyder wasn't stock, then there were a lot of them customized ?!

BTW in this thread you can see serial numbers of neck & pocket.

Some E series guitars were made in Korea.

For what its worth, i had a bandmate who had one of those and the kahler was stock. Nice guitar. I'd guess MIJ, but i'd be guessing.
