Do you really want to spend $400 on a boss backing track player? What kind of tone will you get with those little speakers? Line 6 a similar looper\practice pedal... The JM4 I had one for a while, you can get one for about $150-200 used.

The Boss BR-80 is interesting but seriously, the Boss has many more features I am looking for than the Line 6. I know, I own one and have for a few years.

Don't want to make this a discussion on selection but rather I am just asking for help on how to get a better deal.

Well, to start zZounds has a promo code (FROSTY2012) that will work on it. That brings it down to 386.10. I'd get m123 to beat that. They might give you a hard time though because zzounds is out of stock at the moment. With a little persistence I'm sure they'll do it.

Well, to start zZounds has a promo code (FROSTY2012) that will work on it. That brings it down to 386.10. I'd get m123 to beat that. They might give you a hard time though because zzounds is out of stock at the moment. With a little persistence I'm sure they'll do it.
