Yes. Thanks to JorisBlack, I downloaded an extension called "Stylish", then searched for a mod for Harmony Central, then installed it. It didn't get rid of the blue on the sides, but it made it a lot more like the old Harmony Central and easier to read.

Harmony Central needs to adopt the css as a basis for the layout. The placement of the ads in 'Column 2" is just stupid. The thread contents need to have as much width to breathe as possible. Truncating the titles is a bit stupid too if you ask me
